Devarajan Mukkai

Devarajan Mukkai is an accomplished leader in retail and category management with substantial experience across prominent companies. Currently serving as Director of Retail Excellence at Coupang since January 2025, Mukkai previously held the position of Director of Category Management at AUTODOC and led category management at Gopuff, where responsibilities included managing European grocery categories. Mukkai's extensive career at Amazon included roles such as Head of EU B2B Private Brands & Pricing, where the establishment of the B2B Private Brands business achieved over EUR150M in gross merchandise sales in three years, and Head of Vendor Management for Direct Imports Europe, significantly enhancing sourcing efficiency. Mukkai's foundational experience began at Tata Consultancy Services as a Management Consultant and at GE Healthcare as a Supply Chain leader, earning recognition for contributions to operational excellence. Mukkai holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
