Gina Lee is an experienced professional in executive compensation and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Executive Compensation & US Total Rewards at Coupang since June 2025. Previously, Gina held the position of Director of Executive & Sales Compensation at Shopify from April 2023 to August 2024, and served as Director of Executive Compensation at Lyft from August 2019 to February 2023. Earlier roles include Executive Compensation Consultant at HP from October 2012 to July 2019 and participation in the HR Management Associate Program. Gina began the career as an HR Associate at The Shilla Hotels & Resorts from January 2006 to January 2011.
