Jeff Chang

Jeff Chang is an accomplished expert in identity and access management, currently serving as the Head of Identity & Access Management at Coupang since December 2019, where notable achievements include building a mature IAM program and managing a team of 40 across two countries. Previously, Jeff held a Director position at Sony Pictures Entertainment, overseeing the IAM program's technology and operations for nearly a decade. Jeff's extensive experience also includes roles as an Identity Management Developer at Clorox, Architect at Shoppers Drug Mart and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and Security Developer at Toyota, showcasing a strong background in implementing and enhancing identity management solutions across various industries. Jeff Chang earned a BA in Philosophy and Literature from Claremont McKenna College.
