Jie Zhou

Jie Zhou currently serves as the VP of Engineering for eCommerce at Coupang, a position held since July 2014, where leadership focuses on creating a collaborative engineering organization to enhance customer experience across various platforms. Previously, Jie Zhou was the Senior Director of Engineering for Consumer Systems at Coupang, overseeing customer service systems and backend services. Prior experience includes managing a team of over 30 as R&D Software Development Manager at Hewlett-Packard and leading multiple projects as Project Manager during a tenure at the same company. Jie Zhou also has a background as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Education was obtained from the University of Science and Technology of China with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
