Medha Samant

Medha Samant is an experienced leader in product strategy and management, currently serving as Head of Products & Programs - AI & Data Platforms at Coupang since October 2024. Prior to this role, Medha held the position of Senior Director - Product Strategy & Management at eBay Inc from 2014 to October 2024, where leadership of a globally distributed team focused on Cloud Data Technologies was a key responsibility. Medha's robust background includes significant roles at TIBCO Software, where contributions included managing cloud strategy, field technical services, and SOA & governance product portfolios. Additionally, involvement in promoting women's success in technology was evident through the Chief Operating Officer position at eBay Women in Technology (eWIT) from August 2016 to July 2019. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Leadership Certification from INSEAD and an M.S. in Engineering Management from Santa Clara University, complemented by a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
