Rohan Waghmare

Rohan Waghmare is currently the Director of IT Observability Engineering at Coupang, where efforts are focused on transforming IT operations into a proactive, automated environment while building a Command Center in Bengaluru. Prior to this role, Rohan held multiple positions at BMC Software, culminating in the role of Senior Manager IT, overseeing critical IT operations within the Global Command Center and Private Cloud Support team for R&D. Rohan has also contributed significantly to the BMC Customer Experience Programme. Earlier experiences include various technical support and management roles at Pace and Openview Technologies. Rohan's educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Telecommunications and Networks from Birmingham City University, alongside advanced management programs from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
