Terrell Williams LPC, CFI is a seasoned security and loss prevention professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Global Security Operations at Coupang, Terrell previously held significant positions at Amazon, where responsibilities included overseeing risk and resilience for the AMER region and managing loss prevention for North America's logistics. Terrell's background includes senior roles at Sears as Sr. Regional Director of Asset & Profit Protection, and at Nike as Director of North America Direct Loss Prevention. Earlier career experiences include management positions at AutoZone, OfficeMax, Best Buy, and Target, along with military service as a Military Police Officer in the US Army. Terrell holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Social Justice from Grambling State University and Lewis University.
