Youngkwan Kim

Youngkwan Kim is an experienced leader in the advertising sales industry, currently serving as the Director and Head of Coupang Ads_LCS_Grocery Team since January 2020, overseeing three ad sales teams. Prior roles at Coupang include Senior Manager II leading multiple ad sales teams across different verticals and Team Leader for Mid-Market Sales. Youngkwan's prior experience includes roles at Fuji Xerox Korea, where responsibilities ranged from managing major account sales teams to developing sales training programs, and as Korea Key Account Sales Manager at PT Astra Graphia in Indonesia. An alumnus of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies with a degree in Indonesian language, Youngkwan has a strong foundation in sales strategy and team leadership.
