Blandine Mallet-Bricout is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in both academia and the judiciary. Currently serving as Avocate générale en service extraordinaire at the Cour de cassation since January 2021, Blandine has previously held the position of Professeure agrégée de droit privé at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 from September 2001 to January 2021, and worked as Maître de conférences at Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas from September 1999 to August 2001. Blandine holds a Doctorat en droit in Droit privé and a DEA in Droit privé général from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, complemented by a Baccalauréat from Lycée Carnot (Paris).
