Gwénaëlle Suc

Gwénaëlle Suc currently serves as a Magistrate of the French Court of Accounts, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Gwénaëlle Suc worked as the General Secretary for Libraries Without Borders from September 2020 to April 2023 and as an Economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department at the International Monetary Fund from December 2015 to September 2020. Noteworthy contributions at the IMF include designing public financial management technical assistance programs and leading teams focused on various PFM areas across multiple countries. Gwénaëlle Suc has also held previous positions as a Magistrate and Senior Auditor at the Court of Accounts, Head of the PFM Training Programme at the Ministry of Finance, and Policy Officer at both the Public Accounting General Directorate and the Budget Reform General Directorate within the Ministry of Finance. Educational credentials include a degree in Public Affairs from ENA and a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Grenoble.
