Herve-Adrien Metzger

Herve-Adrien Metzger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in auditing and governance. Currently serving as a senior judge and member of several inter-chamber formations at the Cour des comptes since September 2019, Metzger also holds the position of Board Member for the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board since January 2021. Previous roles include Chairman of the International Board of Auditors for NATO from August 2017 to August 2019 and Director of External Audit for both the International Criminal Court and UNESCO. Metzger's educational background encompasses a Master of Science from École Polytechnique and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Toulon, along with specialized courses at NATO Defense College and others.
