Raphaelle Eloy

Raphaelle Eloy has extensive experience in public finance and economic policy, currently serving as Rapporteur général adjoint at Haut Conseil des finances publiques since September 2021. Prior to this role, Raphaelle Eloy has held various positions at the Cour des comptes from January 2015, including Conseiller référendaire and Rapporteur.
