Qichen Xu has extensive experience in the field of pharmaceutical development and research. Qichen initially worked at Genentech as an intern in Purification Development in 2014. This internship was followed by a Co-op position at Genentech in Protein Analytical Chemistry and Drug Delivery from 2015 to 2016. Qichen then joined the University of Washington Bioengineering as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from 2012 to 2015.
In 2017, they gained further experience through an internship at Seattle Genetics in Formulation and Drug Product Sciences. Qichen also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University from 2016 to 2018.
Qichen is currently employed at Cour Pharmaceuticals Development Company, Inc., where they started as a Development Scientist in July 2018. Qichen quickly progressed to the role of Senior Development Scientist in October 2020, demonstrating their expertise and growth in the field.
Qichen Xu began their education at the University of Washington, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Bioengineering. Qichen attended the university from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, Xu furthered their education at Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering. Qichen attended Northwestern University from 2016 to 2018.
