Sarah Longoria

Sarah Longoria currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Cour Pharmaceuticals Development Company, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Longoria held various positions at Exicure, including Chief HR & Compliance Officer and Vice President of Human Resources from March 2021 to June 2023. At Assertio, Longoria was the Vice President and head of Human Resources from May 2020 to February 2021. Longoria’s extensive experience at Abbott from December 2005 to February 2020 included roles such as Director of HR for the Transfusion Medicine & Informatics business units, overseeing a global workforce of approximately 2,000 employees. Earlier positions at Abbott ranged from Manager of Business HR and Development Programs to Specialist in Professional Development Programs. Longoria earned a BA in HR Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
