Tom Milne

Tom Milne is the current President and COO at Courage Capital. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining Courage Capital, Tom was the Chief Investment Officer at the Retirement Systems of Alabama, where they oversaw a team of 20 investment professionals managing over $30 billion in assets. Tom also served as the Director of Investments for the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, where they were responsible for managing the fixed income portfolio. Tom began their career in 1987 as an assistant NASDAQ market maker at Kidder Peabody & Co.

Tom Milne has a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. Tom is also certified by the CAIA Association as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and by the CFA Institute as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Their manager is Richard Horton, Founder & CIO. They work with John Wengraf - Sr. Managing Director, Brian Shea - Head of Structuring & Restructuring, and Jason Kleve - Managing Director.
