Camaron Stevenson

Camaron Stevenson is an accomplished journalist and educator with extensive experience in political reporting and digital media production. Currently serving as Founding Editor and Chief Political Correspondent at Courier Newsroom since October 2019, Camaron oversees all Arizona-based political content and has developed a strong personal brand as a civic engagement voice. In addition to this role, Camaron is an Associate Professor at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, where instruction focuses on digital reporting and ethical journalism. Previous positions include Digital Audiences Producer at Arizona PBS and Content Producer at KAZT-TV, demonstrating proficiency in multimedia content creation and social media strategy. Camaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arizona State University and an Associate in Applied Science from Scottsdale Community College.
