Dr. Hanady Ragaii is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, including 12 years in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development at a confidential company, Dr. Ragaii excels in developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and enhancing employee relations. Previously, they held significant roles at various banks in Egypt, including HR Director at the Industrial Development and Workers Bank of Egypt and Head of People & Development at Export Development Bank of Egypt. Dr. Ragaii earned a degree in Business Administration from Cairo University and continues to pursue advanced certifications in Human Resources.
