Jaya Thawani

Jaya Thawani is currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition - HR at Course5i since August 2021. Prior to this, Jaya took a sabbatical leave to focus on homemaking from 2013 to August 2021. Jaya's professional experience includes working as a Consultant at Tata Group HR from May 2012 to December 2013, and as a Principal Consultant at TRANSEARCH from January 2011 to January 2013. Jaya also worked as an Associate at Spencer Stuart from December 2009 to December 2010. Jaya holds an MBA in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
