Jeni Ho

Jeni Ho is currently the Director of Customer Support at Coursedog, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Jeni held various positions in customer support and management, including roles at Leadspace, Screencastify, and Jobvite, where they received the "Customers Matter Most" award in 2017. Jeni's early career included a senior role at Plaza Research, managing a team of 15 and overseeing research project logistics. They also have experience as a user researcher at Intuit and were an early employee at Balluun, significantly contributing to start-up environments.
