Alan Wayne

Mr. Wayne joined the firm in 2022. Prior to Court Square, Mr. Wayne focused on consumer and retail investments as a Principal at CCMP Capital, which he joined in 2011. Previously, he was in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Wayne received a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and International Business from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
