Kaitlyn Anderson

Kaitlyn Anderson currently serves as the Director of Production at Court Theatre since November 2025, previously holding the same title at The Washington Ballet from September 2023 to November 2025. Kaitlyn's extensive experience in production management includes positions as Associate Production Manager and Assistant Production Manager at Milwaukee Rep from August 2014 to June 2023, and as Associate Production Manager for several significant productions at Yale School of Drama and Yale Repertory Theatre between January 2013 and February 2014. Additional roles encompass Production Associate at Sarasota Opera in 2012, Venue Director for the New York International Fringe Festival in 2011, and internships at Tech Production Services, La Jolla Playhouse, and The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Technical Design and Production from Yale School of Drama and dual bachelor's degrees in Theatre: Technical Design and Production and Management from Western Michigan University.
