Erika Penrose, MBA

Erika Penrose, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of digital strategy and customer consulting. Starting in 2018, they began their career as a Consulting Intern at Johnson Controls. In this role, they gained valuable experience in consulting and contributed to various projects. Erika then joined 84.51° in 2019 as a Strategic Customer Experience Consultant. Erika worked in this role until 2021, helping clients improve their customer experience strategies. Erika then advanced to the position of Senior Customer Strategy Consultant at the same company, where they continued to provide valuable expertise until 2022. Currently, Erika Penrose is working at CourtAvenue as a Digital Strategist, and they have recently been promoted to Senior Digital Strategist.

Erika Penrose, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Kentucky. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, BS, from the same institution.
