Michael Gates

Michael Gates is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience in managerial roles. Currently serving as Director of Information Technology at Courtesy Chevrolet since June 2021, Michael successfully migrated operations to an internal team and transitioned 800 accounts to Microsoft 365, enhancing response times and employee satisfaction. Previously, as Information Technology Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City and Volvo Cars Oklahoma City, Michael focused on optimizing hardware configurations and email systems. Michael also held the position of Technology Team Supervisor at Kuni Automotive, overseeing a team that supported over 1400 users across five states, and began their career at Ordermatic Electronics Corporation as a Systems Administrator. Michael holds a B.S. in Computer Operations Technology from Southwestern College and an A.S. in Computer Information Systems from Bossier Parish Community College.
