Muhamad Aziz bin Herman Felani

Muhamad Aziz Bin Herman Felani is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in industrial and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Executive at COURTS MALAYSIA since October 2023, Muhamad has previously held significant roles at Panasonic Manufacturing Malaysia Berhad from August 2017 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing disciplinary actions and advising on personnel matters. Prior experience includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant at Baba Products (M) Sdn Bhd and earlier roles in customer service and sales. Muhamad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Engineering Entrepreneurship from Universiti Malaysia Perlis and has a STPM certificate in Science from SMK Darul Ehsan.
