Kim Dunbar

Kim Dunbar has a strong work experience in human resources, spanning over several years. Kim currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Coury Hospitality, where they are responsible for promoting a progressive and respectful work environment. Previously, they served as Vice President of Human Resources & Risk Management at Pacific Hospitality Group, overseeing HR policies and programs for multiple companies. Kim also held leadership roles as Corporate Director of Human Resources at BPR Hotels and Westmont Hospitality Group. Kim has a background in providing strategic HR guidance and managing human resources services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Athletes' Performance and Senior Regional Director of Human Resources at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants. Kim started their HR career at Monterey Peninsula Country Club as a Human Resources Manager and gained experience in recruitment and administrative support at Pebble Beach Company.

Kim Dunbar, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Golden Gate University. Kim also obtained an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the same institution. In addition, Kim Dunbar has certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) granted by SHRM in 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) awarded by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2003.
