Logan Peters is an experienced accounting and hospitality professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University. Currently serving as an Accounting Coordinator at Coury Hospitality since June 2021, responsibilities include analyzing purchase orders, ensuring invoice accuracy, and processing payments. Prior to this, Logan held the position of Front Office Manager at Prism Hotels & Resorts, where duties involved staff management and budget support. Experience also includes a role as Front Desk Supervisor at Island Hospitality Management, along with various positions in the food service industry, including Server at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen and Cashier at Corner Bakery Cafe.
