Nora Miller has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Nora currently holds the position of Executive Director - Talent Development, Culture, & Engagement at Coury Hospitality since December 2022, where they are responsible for developing talent and promoting a positive work culture. Prior to this role, Nora served as the Director of Talent Development & Task Force Operations at Coury Hospitality since May 2021.

Before joining Coury Hospitality, Nora worked as the General Manager at Hotel Ambassador-Tulsa from August 2017 to May 2021. Nora was accountable for the overall management and operations of the hotel.

Nora also has experience in the engineering sector, having worked as a Project Coordinator at B+T Engineering from July 2016 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Nora held the position of General Manager at Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center from July 2013 to May 2016. Nora also served as the General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Fort Smith from July 2011 to July 2013 and at Hampton Inn and Suites - Springdale, AR from July 2008 to June 2011.

Nora started their professional journey as a Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Northwest Arkansas from March 2005 to July 2008.
