Chad McMillin

Chad McMillin has extensive experience in information technology, primarily at Coushatta Casino Resort since October 2003. As an IT Operations Manager and Network Engineer, Chad oversees the installation, maintenance, and configuration of network infrastructure, ensuring network security and troubleshooting issues. Chad's role as a Technologist includes support for the POS system and PBX, while earlier experience as a Helpdesk Technician involved managing technical troubleshooting in an enterprise environment. Prior to this, Chad gained foundational skills as a Support Tech with the Calcasieu Parish School Board. Chad holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Technology from Delta Technical College.
