Caroline Papp

Caroline Papp is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and business management. Currently serving as Vice President and Talent Acquisition Consultant at Bank of America since September 2021, Caroline has also been the owner of COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER LLC since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Business Management Analyst and Senior Talent Advisor at TIAA, where responsibilities included recruiting for the Information Technology Division. Caroline has held leadership positions in recruitment at Open Systems Technologies, TechUSA, and TEKsystems, and started a career in education as a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Northern Highlands Regional High School. Caroline holds a degree from Rowan University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
