Dayna van Buskirk

Dayna Van Buskirk has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dayna started their career as a Content Writer and Managing Editor at Corona Productions, where they wrote movie and television show reviews, news articles, and interviews. Dayna then worked as a Co-Creator and Managing Editor at Boman Productions, launching and maintaining an entertainment website focused on screenwriters. Dayna also contributed as a writer for Fangoria, researching and writing articles for both print and online platforms.

In 2010, Dayna became a self-employed Screenwriter until 2018. Following that, they joined Best Buy Canada as a Copywriter, where they wrote persuasive and SEO-rich product descriptions and other customer-facing content.

Currently, Dayna holds the position of Director of Marketing at Cova Software, where they previously served as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they have been responsible for executing email marketing campaigns, creating on-brand messaging for various platforms, and promoting events to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Dayna Van Buskirk attended the Vancouver Film School in 1997-1998, where they studied Acting for Film & Television. Dayna did not obtain a degree during this time.
