Mark Anderson has worked in the field of Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Maintenance since 2000. Mark began their career as a Field Service Engineer at Kokusai Semiconductor Equipment Corporation, where they worked until 2006. Mark then joined Freescale Semiconductor, which was acquired by NXP Semiconductors in 2006, as a Maintenance Group Lead. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as an Equipment Maintenance Technician in a wafer fabrication environment for NXP Semiconductors. In 2016, they took on two roles simultaneously, as Facilities and Equipment Supervisor at Compound Photonics and as a Real Estate Salesperson at Realty ONE Group. In 2018, they were appointed as Facilities Maintenance Manager at CoValence Laboratories.

Mark Anderson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Ottawa University from 2005 to 2007, majoring in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Mark attended Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004, studying Computer Engineering Technology. Mark also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) from Chandler/Gilbert Community College, majoring in Aviation Technology. In 2016, they obtained a Real Estate Sales Person certification from the Arizona Dept Real Estate. Mark also has a Powerplant Mechanic certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
