Viju Viswanathan

Viju Viswanathan is an experienced Solutions Architect with a career spanning over 18 years in CRM and software solutions. Currently at Covalense since November 2015, Viju serves as a consultant architect for various Siebel projects, managing CRM capabilities, and ensuring client satisfaction while implementing cloud-based solutions like cSMART. Previous roles include Solutions Architect positions at SCube Technologies and Mobily Infotech, where project proposals and feasibility studies were prominent duties. Viju's expertise extends to earlier roles as a Siebel Consultant at IBM and Sirius XM Radio, and as a Research and Development Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks.
