Christina Hartley

Christina Hartley is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since August 2023, providing operational HR support during the commissioning and ramp-up of the Mt Holland Operations. Previously, Christina held the same title at St Barbara Limited, where responsibilities included being the primary HR contact at the Gwalia underground gold mine. Earlier in their career, Christina worked at Murdoch University as an Employee Relations Officer and participated in a prestigious graduate program, gaining diverse experience across various HR functions.
