Kala Buser

Kala Buser is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and mechanical reliability across various sectors. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd since January 2022, Kala has previously held significant roles at BHP from June 2015 to January 2022, including Superintendent Mechanical Reliability Concentrators and Principal Capability Development. Additional experience includes advising on operational readiness at Roy Hill and maintenance planning at Rio Tinto from June 2007 to April 2014. Kala holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
