Marcel Kamperman is an experienced geoscientist and manager with a strong background in geology and operations management across multiple companies in the mining sector. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the AusIMM Geoscience Society and Manager of Geology at Covalent Lithium Pty Ltd, Marcel has contributed to significant transitions at Regis Resources Ltd as GM Technical Services and managed international planning for Alcoa as Global Planning Manager. Previous roles at Cliffs Natural Resources, Karma Minerals Consulting Pty Ltd, BHP, and others highlight Marcel's expertise in technical services, operations development, and strategic planning, complemented by a robust educational foundation in geology and mineral economics from the University of Tasmania and Curtin University.
