Brock Hardaway

Brock Hardaway has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brock was the CEO of Covalent Health from 2018, where they are currently in that role. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Alteon Health in 2017. Before their CEO roles, they worked as an Operating Partner at Frazier Healthcare Partners from 2016 to 2017. From 2013 to 2016, they were the CEO and Director of Millennium Health, overseeing the growth and development of the company. Brock also held executive positions at Kindred Healthcare from 2011 to 2013 and at RehabCare Group Inc from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, as the President & COO of Triumph Healthcare from 2004 to 2009, they played a vital role in the company's growth and eventual sale to RehabCare Group.

Brock Hardaway completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at St. Edward's University from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospital Administration from Texas State University between 1986 and 1989.
