Peter Gold

Peter Gold, CPA, CA(SA), currently serves as the EVP and CFO of Covalent Media Systems since June 2023, contributing to the development of AI technology for data curation and management applications. In January 2023, Peter Gold also began providing financial consulting services through P Gold Consulting Services. From January 2018 to December 2022, Peter Gold held the position of SVP Global Finance at GSN Games / Scopely, where responsibilities included building finance and compliance teams across jurisdictions and overseeing M&A activities. Prior roles include VP Finance & Corp Controller at Fun Technologies from 2007 to 2022 and Executive Vice-President at Liberty Sports Interactive during 2009-2011. Peter Gold holds a B. Com degree from the University of Cape Town, completed between 1981 and 1987.
