Matt Delaney

Matt Delaney has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matt worked as the Head of Enterprise Solutions at Covalent, where they managed a SaaS platform for technical training programs. Matt also led the development of real-time workforce intelligence tools for frontline leaders. Prior to that, they were involved in IoT and AR go-to-market strategy at PTC. Matt also worked at Summit Partners, where they focused on enterprise software growth equity investing, including research coverage in HR, learning, EHSQ, manufacturing, and engineering. Matt also gained experience in investment banking at Barclays. Earlier in their career, they worked in multiple companies, primarily in roles related to earning and learning.

Matt Delaney attended the Harvard Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they studied Finance & Peace Studies at the University of Notre Dame from 2007 to 2011. Before their university education, Matt attended the Delbarton School, located in Morristown, NJ.
