Sanjay Subramanyam has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2021, they joined Covalsysoft Solutions Pvt Ltd as Director Sales & Business Development, where they are responsible for evaluating, improving strategy and overall financial growth, managing and identifying business risks and implementing strategic solutions, and playing a vital role to scale the organization as global player. From 2015 to 2021, they were VP Sales at GainInsights Solutions. From 2014 to 2015, they were Regional Manager Sales (South) at Alle Technologies, and from 2013 to 2014, they were Regional Sales Manager (south) at Dynamic Vertical Software Pvt. Ltd. From 2012 to 2013, they were Principal Business Enabler at Value Additions Sales and Marketing Pvt.Ltd. From 2007 to 2012, they held various roles at Enterprise Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd., including Project Manager, Principal Business Enabler, and Manager Partner Development (Microsoft India). From 2005 to 2007, they were Delivery Head at Maa Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai. From 2003 to 2005, they were Delivery Head at Spur Software Technologies, Bangalore. From 2001 to 2003, they were Product Manager at Ramsoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, and Consultant at Ampersand.

Sanjay Subramanyam began their education in 1975 at Bishop Cottons Boys School, where they studied until 1985. Sanjay then attended National College from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In 2021, they obtained an Associate Member certification from TiE Bangalore. Sanjay also attended NIIT Bangalore, where they earned a PGDA in Computer Science.
