Flavio Rodriguez

Flavio Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Flavio is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Covanta since 2022. Prior to this, Flavio held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager and Interim Director at Planned Companies from 2019 to 2022. Flavio also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Human Resources Recruiter during the same period at Planned Companies, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants. Before Planned Companies, Flavio served as the President of Gold Coast Staffing Services from 2021 to 2022. Flavio gained experience in staffing management and recruitment as a Staffing Manager and Senior Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals from 2015 to 2019. Flavio started their career as a Corporate Trainer at Visionworks of America from 2011 to 2014.

Flavio Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Berkeley College, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also hold the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they obtained in July 2018 from SHRM. Furthermore, they received the EU certified-Outside Sales certification from Express Employment Professionals in August 2016.
