Shang-Hsiu Lee

Shang-Hsiu (Mike) Lee, Ph.D. is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Covanta, focusing on research and development in process and control technology. Prior to this role, Shang-Hsiu was an Administrator at Waste to Energy Research and Technology Council and a Senior Research Scientist at Earth Engineering Center, Columbia University. Shang-Hsiu also has experience working as an Inspector at the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) in Taiwan, where Shang-Hsiu (Mike) led the Industrial Waste Investigation and Improvement Project. With a Ph.D. in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia Engineering, Shang-Hsiu has a strong educational background in environmental science and engineering.
