Bob van Abel

Bob Van Abel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and business solutions. Van Abel served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CoVantage Credit Union from October 2008 until retirement. Additionally, Van Abel was a Board Member for the Langlade County Community Health Foundation from January 2012 to October 2019 and chaired the Synergy Technical Advisory Board at Jack Henry & Associates from November 2014 to November 2016. Previous roles include VP for Business Solutions at QCI and Director of Information Technology at Marshalltown Tools. Van Abel's foundational knowledge in enterprise computing systems was developed during time as Manager of Enterprise Computing Systems and Operations at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Van Abel holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Wisconsin School of Business.
