Joan B. Farrell

Joan B. Farrell has over 10 years of experience in various roles, starting in 2007 as the Director of Philanthropy Operations at Aurora Health Care. In this role, they were responsible for leading operations for an $18 million department and managing a staff of 65 across 12 business units. From 2009 to 2019, Joan worked as the VP and General Counsel at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern WI and Metropolitan Chicago, Inc. Finally, in 2019, they joined CoVantage Credit Union as the Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer.

Joan B. Farrell has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Joan also has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing from the Wisconsin School of Business.
