Tianhao Zhang

Tianhao Zhang has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at MongoDB Inc., where they completed a main project called "mongodb-datasets". In 2015, they joined UC Berkeley as a Research Assistant and also took on roles such as CS188 Head Student Instructor and CS188.1x Course Facilitator. In 2016, they interned as a Research PhD Intern at Microsoft. In 2017, they co-founded covariant.ai and became a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley.

Tianhao Zhang earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, from 2012 to 2016. Tianhao then pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from 2016 to 2021.
