Additionally, Oleg is the Founder and CEO of BITCOVAULT, established in November 2013, which specializes in FinTech development and manufacturing. Oleg holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management, earned between 1993 and 1998.
