Amelia Warren

Amelia Warren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic engagement, client services, and customer experience across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Engagement & Impact at COVE since November 2025, Amelia previously held the position of VP of Client Services at Arrivals + Departures from November 2022 to November 2025. Prior roles at EfficiencyOne included multiple director positions, emphasizing customer experience, partnerships, and development from 2013 to November 2022. Amelia began a career in public affairs as a Senior Lobbyist with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business and held a Policy Associate role at the Government of Nova Scotia. Amelia holds a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
