Dennis Younes

Dennis Younes is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Cove Capital Investments, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Dennis held prominent positions as Vice President and Director of Leasing at Whitestone REIT from August 2016 to April 2022, and at Hall Equities Group from June 2012 to April 2016. Dennis began a career in real estate at Retail Advisors SW as Vice President of Real Estate & Development from January 2004 to June 2012, and earlier worked as a Broker/Developer at GVA Landmark from January 2000 to January 2004. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
