Prior to joining Cove Hill, Alex was a Private Equity Associate at Golden Gate Capital, where she executed investments and actively supported the firm’s portfolio companies in the industrials sector. She began her career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, where she advised on M&A transactions, public offerings, and debt financings.
