Erin Connolly

Erin joined Cove Hill in November of 2019, working with the consumer team on their day to day operations and sourcing efforts. Prior to Cove Hill, Erin spent the last decade living in New York City and working at Bain Capital and Permira Advisors. She is a Boston native and returned in 2018 to happily call Boston home again.

Outside of work you can find Erin running, experimenting with new recipes and watching Bravo.
