Cokorda Bagus K. has held a variety of roles in the operations and growth departments of various companies. In 2022, they began as Head of Operations (ID) for Cove, where they are responsible for thousands of tenants and rooms across several regions. In 2021, they moved to OKHOME as Head of Growth, leading one of the biggest departments and expanding the business to other regional markets. In 2019, they joined OYO Indonesia as Partner & Network Management Head and Head of Operations, managing hundreds of properties across 5+ islands. That same year, they also joined Igloo (formerly Axinan) as Operations Manager, launching B2B and managing day to day operations with two of the biggest Marketplaces in Indonesia. In 2018, they moved to Moka POS as Regional Operations Manager, overseeing operational processes related to merchant life-cycle from start to end. Cokorda Bagus began their career in 2015 at Uber as Operations Associate - Fraud & Compliance Lead, reducing financial loss and impact to rider/driver-partners. Cokorda Bagus also held the role of City Coordinator - Driver Operations and City Operations Intern, managing a team of 3 and conducting day to day operations for Bali Hub.

Cokorda Bagus K. has a Bachelor of Arts In International Business from CBS International Business School, a Sarjana Ekonomi (Bachelor of Economics) from Binus International, and is currently pursuing an Aspiring Founders degree from Tech in Asia School in 2022. Cokorda Bagus also holds certifications from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) obtained in August 2020 and from Emtrain for Preventing Workplace Harassment.
